Return Process

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and attach it to the original packaging.

  For larger furniture pieces, use our portal to schedule a convenient home collection time, or drop off smaller decor items at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
